VAN WILLIAM TO MAKE NATIONAL TV DEBUT ON CBS THIS MORNING SATURDAY

LA TIMES SAYS NEW ALBUM COUNTRIES (FANTASY) “AFFIRMS WILLIAM’S PLACE IN CONTEMPORARY L.A. SONG CRAFT”

This Saturday, February 10th, Van William will make his national TV debut on CBS This Morning Saturday. The acclaimed rock singer and songwriter will perform selections from his recently released solo debut album Countries (Fantasy), which Uproxx called “one of 2018’s first great folk-rock records.” Listen to the new single “Before I Found You” here.

This past weekend, the Los Angeles Times featured the California native in their ‘California Sounds’ column, calling Countries a “brash, confident folk-rock statement that affirms William’s place in contemporary L.A. song craft.” Read the full feature here: here.

Van’s music has earned praise from NPR Music and Buzzbands.LA, who called the tracks “classic songwriting ferrying yesterday’s melancholy and tomorrow’s hopes on vessels of indelible melodies and poignant lyrics.” The album’s first single “Revolution” featuring First Aid Kit, recently reached Top 5 at Triple A radio.
